Thank you for shopping at Soult. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from soult.com.au. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@soult.com.au
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  3. You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back your product.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
