“I remember my brother Jason (pictured) telling me he wanted to create a shop that sold only hot chips with different flavoured salts. I laughed at first, and then thought yeah, that’s pretty cool.
About 6 months later, he took his own life.
Fast forward 4 years and I have created SOULT. Salt with Soul in his memory; and we’ve launched with four flavours that had meaning to him.
Our range is made from ethically sourced and organic ingredients; and 100% of our profits go to Mental Health. But our Soult is much more than complementing food. We are wanting to create a community to help make a difference in someone’s life.
Become a friend of Soult and join us on this journey.”

Soult Range
Jason was a true foodie at heart. He spent hours in the kitchen or around the campfire creating colourful and flavoursome dishes using an eclectic mix of herbs and spices. Staying true to his desire to create, Soult has launched with four flavours that have so much meaning to him.
Lemon Myrtle
We come from the Byron Bay region where Lemon Myrtle, a native coastal subtropical, is everywhere. We would dry it, chop it up and use it over fresh seafood or simply sprinkled over avocado.Rosemary & Garlic
There wasn’t a BBQ or roast meal where my brother wouldn’t include Rosemary & Garlic. When cooking with it today, I can smell Jase next to me.
Salty Sweet
Jase’s sweet tooth was second to none. Everynight a bowl of ice cream, sweet popcorn or a tart would be in hand. We have created a Salty Sweet, the perfect companion for Popcorn, Pastries or Ice Cream.Chilli Chocolate
After a trip to San Diego, chicken mole was on the menu pretty much every Monday night. Our Chilli Chocolate salt gives you instant Mole satisfaction on your chicken skewers.Recipe Ideas
We have created a range of recipes to discover in your kitchen or around the campfire with family and friends. Click one of the links below to check them out.
